Takahashi Murakami For Louis Vuitton

Posted on 24 June 2008

Another collaboration which has raised a few eyebrows is that of Japanese pop-art mogule Takashi Murakami and Louis Vuitton. Obviously not for the first time having exhibited a series of art pieces at the MoCA last summer and included a collection of items which were much talked about. Now time for a new project with a Monogramouflage collection, obviously incorperating the ever present LV mark with a military feel with a number of items concluding the collection. This is another piece of work from Takahashi Murakami which may raise some attention both good and bad, as creates his latest work on a high end label who have a well known concept.

Thanks to Nitrolicious for the heads up.
