1980s Furniture Design

While trolling the internet today for news stories, I came across this on the New York Times site. It is an interesting piece on some amazing furniture pieces that were designed in the 1980s utilizing uncommon materials. The end result is very aesthetically pleasing and inspiring to know that jagged glass, concrete, car seats, shopping carts, and other various materials can create such cool and functional products.
