A huge element of streetwear is about using a classic item (tried and tested / familiar )
and rebrandingit in current company graphics for the contempory mindest.
On a slighly higher level than sticking a logo on a chuck taylor low and only making it available on
a japanese website Car builder Bo Zolland took a Volvo 1966 Amazon 2 Door (a classic ) as its the base.
The front and grille are little modified due to identification visibility, and a custom grille and roof
were fabrcated.
The car has a Volvo 2004 S-80 T-6 engine/trans and rear wheel drive, modern brakes etc.
Air ride suspension and a mix of modern Volvo and Vette components in chassis.
This was commissioned by a Californian car collector, and the result is fantastic.
Inspiring stuff.
