For those who missed it, a couple of nights ago touching footage of Kanye performing in Paris surfaced. He ripped the place apart until the setlist reached "Hey Mama", then broke down... He came back on stage later to conclude the show and performed "Stronger", hard. Now it takes a strong human being to move on after losing a loved one, and an even stronger human being to keep rocking a stage. What kept him going, Lord knows... Perhaps still numb, perhaps motivated, most probably both. Any which way, no matter what you think of Kanye West, I feel the man deserves praise and admiration for putting his vulnerable self out there in the open during most trying sad and painful times, mourning in public. It's endearing to see him share grief and receive mass love and support.
We were supposed to see Kanye West perform in Amsterdam tonight, but that show got cancelled due to obvious reasons. I'm sure he will pull through the hardship and look forward to see him perform "Hey Mama" again, soon.
