When you hear the words that spill out after the first sequence of scratches...it is almost as if George Bush listened to Public Enemy for a second & took some knowledge from it (all be it negative), “add the beginning of ‘Contract Out on the World’ as Criteria to add to my speeches...”

Comedy aside there are some excellent words that are sampled in the 1min & 46seconds of this excellent introduction to Public Enemy’s 1990 album ‘Fear of a Black Planet’. I love PE, they did not mince their words.
