So I hope you all enjoyed the weekends festivities up till now.

I have...even though my festivities did not turn out like I planned. I completely forgot the Paisley Princess was off to Scotland for a wedding, & that meant me & the boys were left to create our own Heaven or Hell this weekend.

So S-L-M was out...damn...was looking forward to the potential of hearing Cameo & Prince once again...perhaps there might have even been a little Sly Stone in there, but then that is just wishful thinking.

But I did manage a Baby Sitter for Saturday as I wanted to make the DunkXXIII closing party & then move swiftly along to Gully. & That did not go quite to plan either.

As Che has been away most of the Easter Holiday, the boy did not get to see his picture in the exhibition. So I chose to make a morning of it & what a lovely morning it was. I drag the troops on Trains, Trains & Automobiles to get to Dray’s Walk to see the show...no sorry the Gallery is Closed today.

I did not know whether to laugh or cry...& when I looked at the faces of my boys...laughing was not quite an option unless you were a little delirious & I was close.

So Quick thinking made me decide to Blow out Gully & take Che to the Closing Event later that night. What would be better than watching the Big Fella try & keep it cool hanging out with Pops & all those lovely people.

What can I say, but the Boy took his Baptism in his stride, but was rather annoyed that there was only water as a soft drink option.

On the whole I have to say that DunkXXIII was quite a success & not the normal Nike Event. This one was very different & set a new standard & tone to follow...I like this very much.
