Can I just set the record straight.

Yes BOND INTERNATIONAL will be closing it's doors in Newburgh Street, only to open again in an all new Bigger & Brighter Future.

Like I said on Fatsarazzi, this is just an end of a Chapter & you turn the page, another begins.

The Landlords & BI have been indiscussions for a long time & this is the outcome.

The Sadest thing here is the Power of The Landlords, they are closing stores left right & center by raising Rents According to a business prospectus & not to the reality of the market. They want more profit than the profit center will allow, & in the end you are left with empty stores. This seems to be a trend right now in London, & around the country...Landlords would rather have an empty space than negotiate a deal.

Soon we will have a multitude of streets where no independent can open & we will have every street looking the same with all the same Major Retailers selling their wares.

Landlords = Cunts

So...Sad but true...but never fear...The Bench Will Party & The Lion Will Roar for another 20 years & then some !!!
