So here's a little story that I find sort of amusing and a little bothersome....first I want to thank EVERYONE for coming through and participating in our (now famous) BLACK FRIDAY sale..the line was longer than the first sale last year and from what I hear...everyone was satisfied with their pickups...again..thankyou. Now to something that I find for a lack of a better word..WACK !!!!Now before I jump the gun I want to throw this out and get some sort of feedback before I draw my final conclusion. So last week before my sale......I decided to have one of my employees  sign up on the Hypebeast forum...I mean "everyones" doing it so...why not ? It also will now make it clear that if Brooklyn Projects posts...its from me....so I ask Richard ( BP skater/employee) to sign up and post our sale flyer......I mean theres so many shops...some that are down with the scene for a while...and some that have just jumped on the bandwagon.....which in MY opinion...are hurting the industry....but enough of that...back to the issue. So I asked Richard to post...he says he did and I check..and there was no post...I waited a little and ..NOTHING. What gives ???? I call Richard and ask him what the deal ?? He said he did it and he would do it again....again...I check and nothing. So the next day...I ask him to do it a third time...this time in front of me...so he does it...and I check 10 minutes later...and its up...but when I get home to check....its gome ???What the fuck ??? So I go to the shop the next day and post it again..and again .....and again...on three different HB forums...checked a little later...they were up and had a few posts and a bunch of views...cool but the next day...GONE. So I did again and again my post was deleted. Now if other shops who have been in the game for half as long as me have the right to throw their info and threadsand not have it deleted then why not my shop ?? Am I not "cool " or "street" enough for Kevin and the rest of the HB moderators ?? I even thought..."hey..maybe they dont want the forum to be a marketing tool or something to that effect" so I posted pics from the sale with a big THANKYOU to all the customers that came through and that post was deleted too?? I don't get it ?? All the shit talking and a self gratifying promotion of wack brands on the forum and when I post it gets deleted ?? Now let me make a few things clear to everyone that doesn't know me or my ways...some of you may think Im this bitter old hating person...guess what..Im not...if I don't like you...and say it to your face..not through a few posts on the net...to those of you that dislike me because I am not down with your favorite brand.....check it out...the problems issues I have with "said" brands are between me and them...theres two sides and its really moronic to make a conclusion without knowing the WHOLE story which is between me and them....not all of you...but again ..I DON'T CARE. I do care when someone who has no credibility in the real industry makes assumptions and has a beef with me with no cause. When friends of mine have beef with other friends of mine..its between them unless they involve me....so why..and let me make this clear...why do my shop posts get deleted and other shops dont? And let me also add that me and my shops will be around with or without any forum....it means nothing to me really...Im just curious if someone has a problem with me...well I want to know. Maybe this should be addressed to Mr. Ma himself or to his minions that moderate...I mean...it doesn't make sense. Kudos to Kevin for changing the game a bit but he only gets half a brownie point because with such a powerful voice in this indusrty...its sad that he only spotlights the few companies that he jocks or hes a superfan of...unlike Adam and sites like highsnobiety and crooked tongues and so on..that show variation....I mean.....its the same 10-15  companies oon HB...if they went out of business..HB would be over and Kevin would slit his wrists. So maybe someone can shed some light on this....if you're goin g to hate on me for this...keep it movin...don't comment and go fuck yourself..this is not me hating...its me asking a simple question.
