While we now get endless amounts of hate mail suggesting we are elitist, pretentious, arty and too cool...there is one interesting factor within our new content strategies and philosophy that we feel people have overlooked. We actually post more stories now than ever before, sure we're more selective and honest in our approach to filtering, but this also means we cover more aspects of the culture, we still cover all the streetwear we feel is great, streetwear is where our heart lies, we also think fashion is great, the editorial team all have a genuine interest and knowledge of fashion also, alongside art, music and more as we all do, this means at the end of the day we cover everything thats GREAT! The only difference is we don't cover EVERYTHING full stop.. just what we feel is worthy! Everyday I check my RSS reader to see numerous stories go up on other sites, sometimes as far as months after we have reported. Today, I saw websites reporting on Damien Hirst's Charlie Rose interview, Phil Frosts new book, all of which we covered some time ago.. Without sounding like a propoganda poster, I can pretty much assure you, you will find everything you need here at Slam X Hype, if you remind yourself, we delve through 3 of 4 pages of info a day.
