In my work I get alot of cool oppurtunities thrown my way, normally in the States and in Europe... but flying to the other side of the world is a bigger task for me than what it is for most, a flight to London for example takes close to 30 hrs! That in itself is enough to put anyone off the travelling, it also costs a fortune. Thankfully it may not be as far away from what I thought till the day when travel is much more feasable. Designed by engineering company Reaction Engines based in Oxfordshire, England, the new A2 Plane will make the trip from New Zealand to Europe only 5 hrs long! and prices comparable to a current first class airfare, given its in its early stages, I would expect that hopefully the prices would drop soon enough and this could be a viable option.
