Its Fashion Week here in Auckland this week.. and you all know what that means.. lots of 'fashion' people around.. I had it drumbed into me very early on in my fashion career that fashion week is about the worst thing since .... i cant even think of an analogy! This basically came from working with people older than me that were far too cool to associate themselves with such a charade. So I've struggled since to embrace it, and more so now, because of the kinds of people it attracts to MY city LOL

My Girlfriend works for Kate Sylvester though, and so this week in our house has been FASHION WEEK! Even more so becuase I keep getting phone calls and emails from people in town for fashion week wanting to meet up....which is normal, what I didnt expect though was a call from Greyone's, Arnold! Its not often that people from our culture venture down this far, and with the knowledge that Arnold is a hugely experienced member of the industry I was pretty happy he called. We met up last night and had a great chat, thanks man.. I learnt more in those few hours than I have in a while.. Hope you're enjoying the Federation show right now LOL

For anyone that cares..Kate Sylvester is now doing menswear.. upon hearing this I almost choked, upon seeing it.. not so bad... BUT.. that doesnt mean Im gonna be wearing it.. discount or no discount.. sorry fam!
