Aaron Rose 'Beautiful Losers' Interview

Posted by James on April 14, 2008 10:04 PM | Email

The Filmlot have interviewed Aaron Rose, the man who is at the centre of a lot of attention having enjoyed rave reviews of his debut film, the documentary entitled Beautiful Losers. Rose an artist, a curator, a musician and now filmmaker really made his name at the Alleged Gallery in New York, which nurtured and devoped the talents of great artists like Mike Mills, Margaret Kilgallen, Thomas Campbell, Harmony Korine, Ed Templeton, Barry McGee to name a few. The film takes a deeper look at influence each artist had on one another and the unique collective which made the Alleged Gallery. Take a look at this worthwhile read over at The Filmlot.

Thanks to Juxtapoz for the spot.
