The Armory Show 2008

One of the worlds largest contemporary art fairs took place at New York's Pier 94 this past week. The 10th Armory Show was a huge success, Core77 attribute much of the success in terms of sales and big crowds to the weak US dollar and in turn high numbers of european vistors. This could be a good thing for the american art scene, seeing higher numbers of works travelling off shore and artists getting worldwide exposure.
