This band, from Brooklyn, New York, describe their music as middle eastern psych snap gospel.  Despite this, All Hour Cymbals, released in October, 2007 on the label We Are Happy  sparked the imagination of those few who discovered it.   At the same time as being disarmingly odd, Yeasayer put together songs in a uniquely beautiful and futuristic way.   Thanks Rockfeedback.
