Austin, Texas hosts the annual South By Southwest Festival, starting this Friday, 7th of March and running til the 16th of March.  South by Southwest incorporates a Film Conference and Festival, an Interactive Festival and a Music and Media Conference and Festival.   The Music Festival alone involves over 50 stages and literally hundreds of bands, many of which are unsigned and looking for a deal with one of the dozens of independent and major labels.
