Nike Cortez "The Running Man" by Reas

Posted by James on February 15, 2008 9:58 PM | Email

The Cortez is definitely one of the original sneakers from Nike that made a real impact following its release in 1972 and at the time he innovation was impeccable with the full toe to heel cushioning. Since the sneaker has enjoyed relevent success as many editions have been retro'd, and perhaps the most formidable release has been the inclusion of the vintage collection. Now following the surfacing of the Nike Air Max 90 by Misha and the Nike Air Max 95 by Parra as part of the "The Running Man" collection comes the Nike Cortez by Reas aka Todd james. This remake of the original Cortez features a nylon and suede upper, rubber reinforced toe unit, original cortez sole and classic "Swoosh" in a metallic silver which goes in hand with the designes used for the appareal which you can check out here.

The Nike Cortez by Reas is available now at Hanon.
