Mr Cartoon and Estevan Oriol have created an amazing amount of great work between them and they have really set the tone for kustom kulture aficionado's with their unique West Coast style. 7 Time Tour De France Champion Lance Armstrong was on hand as the artist's showed of one of the most impressive collections of handbuilt lowriders along with a lot more in their studio.
