Bonhams of London Urban Art Auction

Posted by James on February 05, 2008 8:26 AM | Email

Auction house Bonhams of London is holding a big sell off of art “inspired by the aesthetic of the street” on February 5th providing ggreat chance to aquire some great work. With “art terrorist” Banksey's work selling for record setting prices last year at the world renowned auction house, this has seen the value of "Urban Art" sky rocket, and in many people's minds unrealistically. The likes of Murakami, Keith Haring, Antony Micallef, Adam Neate, Faile, Paul Insect, Space Invader, Swoon, D*Face and Jamie Hewlett will all be up for grabs so take a look at some of the pieces from the auction below.
