Sometimes Comes Mother, Sometimes Comes Wolf, a collection of the ghastly occult and fantastically eerie, opens today for your viewing pleasure at the Adidas Originals Shoe Box, an installation space in a LES parking lot. Curated by the creative duo of Douglas Little and Justin Theroux along with Scott Campbell and Obscura Antiques, visitors guide themselves through a series of rooms filled with creepy-yet-striking ephemera: a corner filled with vintage ventriloquist dolls; a wall collection of ancient-looking scissors; a series of framed butterflies.

Sometimes Comes Mother, Sometimes Comes Wolf, Adidas Originals Shoe Box, Broome Street between Essex and Ludlow Streets. Through to February 9 with public viewing daily, noon-8 p.m.

Info comes from Daily Candy, Hint Mag and Hollywood2020.
