Tactile design is a recent trend which seems to be catching on, with the likes of Grafik and Japan’s Shin Tanaka with his famous ‘Spiky Baby’ it is really becoming an art form taken to the next level. More signiciantly there was recently a book published on the topic aptly titled “Tactile: High Tough Visuals” which proves the movement is not a phase.

Here is an interesting collaboration involving Damien Poulain who has a grasp of this type of thing, and Uniqlo that involves a series of cityscapes for the 3rd issue of Uniqlo’s magazine.
